WE RECOMMEND MEASURING A SHIRT IN YOUR CLOSET BEFORE ORDERING!

SHIPPING:

Each item is custom made to order. We do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible, but we sometimes have delays due to our suppliers. Because of this please allow up to 14 business days to create your product and process shipping. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple products into larger flat rate packaging when available and refund the difference. You may also contact us for a custom listing combining shipping before purchase.

We offer both First Class and Priority shipping for your convenience. Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

"FREE SHIPPING" items will ship with the method of our choice.

A tracking # will be provided for ALL orders. Once your package ships you can find your tracking # by visiting "Your Purchases and Reviews" on Etsy.

Once a package has left our facility, it is out of our control. Please contact USPS for any delays or issues with your order.

CANCELLATIONS:

Because our items are custom made to order, we cannot accept cancellations. If you need an item faster than the quoted time frame, contact us PRIOR to ordering so that we may assist you.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:

We do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged during shipping. Damaged items must be returned in order for us to assist you with filing a claim and replacement.

If a mistake is made with your order, we will refund or replace your order upon return of the wrong item. We require photo evidence of the wrong or damaged item.

We do not allow a return under circumstances not outlined above.

Because each item is customized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless we have made a mistake.

While we do our best to represent the correct color of each item, monitors and screens vary. We will not issue a return or refund based on color.

Measurements of our shirts are provided to help you make the best size choice. Due to sewing processes, all measurements are approximate and can have a 1"-2" size tolerance in both width and length. We cannot replace an item due to ordering the wrong size.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If your order is damaged upon arrival you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photo evidence of all damage and packaging in order to file a claim. Once a claim is filed we will require you to return the item to us (buyer pays shipping). Upon arrival, we will inspect the damaged item and process a refund or exchange.

If we do not have a replacement item in stock, a refund will be processed for the original purchase price including original shipping paid. Please note Etsy will not allow us to refund more than the original purchase.

If we have the item in stock we will process a replacement and mail it out to you within 14 days of the return.

Please keep the original packaging as evidence if the item was damaged during shipping. You may be required to take it to your local post office for further inspection.

We recommend washing all items inside out with mild detergent. Hang dry or dry on a low setting.Due to current shortages at manufacturer warehouses, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable brand with the same sizing and colors when it is necessary.
